Bold Color Palette for Spring . . .

Here’s what’s happening on the Haute Couture Front . . . Giambattista Valli’s Spring ’14 collection is bringing fierce color to the runways! I love the combination of citrus-chartreuse and raspberry. I also love that Mr. Valli used these colors together for evening wear, which, let’s face it, can be a little predictive with it’s choice of colors (black, blush, navy etc.).  Balanced out by a little black and satin pink, this palette is refreshing, bold and feminine. You could easily incorporate these colors into your existing wardrobe with accessories; A bright citrus bag or scarf, or even a sweater. Adding a pop of bold color like this can go a long way to brightening up dreary winter outfits. Especially in the midst of a Polar Vortex!

Would you wear these colors together?

I feel like Kanye on the front row. I would love to see my wife in something like this… I just need to provide the occasion.

I’m sure any wife would appreciate an opportunity to wear something like this for her husband. ☺
